Rawr.... that dude was a pain.  I was fortunate enough to have his AI derp! on my second attempt facing him.  I engaged him from far away, and his AI must have had a script that restricted his non-combat movements.  He refused to move outside a small area on the far side of the cave.

A neat bit of tangentially related trivia: In addition to a post-apocalyptic manga, "Fist of the North Star" is an actual martial art form from which Tai Chi may be descended.  It's a long-lost style that revolved around  lethal use of pressure points.  I regard it as the ultimate martial art.
